    scannner wont connect to car?!?!?!

    Last week at school I connected a scanner to my car and everything worked fine. 3 days later the scanner wont even connect. anyone know what the problem could be? i used the scanner on this car many times and last time it was like the port wasnt getting power? and i know for a fact its not the scanner

    check the cig lighter fuse. that's how the OBDII port gets its power.
