run 01 5.3 on 98 ls1 computer
is it possible to run a 2001 5.3 on the computer from 98 ls1, ls1 T/A suffered a drunk driver and "run without oil and burnout" something came apart destoryed oil pan on its way out. we have 2 5.3's complete so got curious if they will run with the ls1 computer?

yes, you'll just have to have the computer retuned to run the different engine.
