Question on A/F on dyno compared to street?
Any advice is appreciated. I have a 02 Z28 A4. After my long tube headers I was running pig rich 10.5:1 area, so I used the Predator to bring my wot A/F using a wideband to 12.9:1 on a dynojet dyno and gave me a really nice gain leaning it out. I was thinking that on the street there would be more drag, weight, and wouldn't be the same conditions as on a dyno. How much if any should my A/F change on the street compared to the dyno..it is adjusted now from just the dyno. Would real world conditions lean me out? Should I keep the dyno A/F like it is or change my A/F some to compensate for the extra load on the street? I have been thinking about getting a innovative wideband with lcd to dial in the WOT A/F, but not sure if it is worth the $ for as little mods as I have.

If you are planning more mods later, it certainly can't hurt. It never hurts to learn more about what your car likes, and might make it easier for you to tune it as you continue to mod.
You might even decide you've outgrown the handheld tuner and would benefit from something more advanced like efilive, hptuners, etc.Hammer - hammertime.us

there really is no set answer...some say they've seen no difference others say its .5 leaner on the street then on a dynojet.
