PowerProgrammer Lameness
I just got a Hypertech PowerProgrammer 3 on eGay. It was real cheap, and I seen it used on tv before so I was like why not get one. I read the whole manual online, and it seems to do nothing.
It does nothing for the air to fuel ratio or anything else even close to that.
How is this thing supposed to give you more power?Last edited by samson_420; 10-07-2007 at 03:59 PM.

you put in their "performance tune" and it leans you out and advances timing. The problem with the Hpp3 is it's not adjustable and you have no way of data logging so you don't really know how lean you actually are. Do you have an auto or a stick? The hpp3 does make for some good firm shifts on an A4.

i like it cause u can tune for gears, fan speed and bigger tires! as far as the air to fuel ratio if u wanna see it get a gauge. or take it to a shop and have them put i sniffer on it. i took mine to my auto class and looked at it
