    Exclamation Please Help!!!!!

I have a 99 hawk that i'm trying to get inspected, and i'm having trouble with it. I replaced the o2 sensors with sims and had the ses light cleared. Now the engine doesn't hold a solid idle and acts like it wants to stall out and die. Also the ses light came back on with the same trouble codes that there was something wrong with the o2 sensor which i don't see how that could be possible being as how i have sims on there. What could be the cause of this and what can i do to fix it?

I was just having the ses code corrected out. I started up the engine the next day and popped the hood and heard this sucking sound from the airbox. just before that happens, the engine sounds like it's going to stall out and then it grabs some air and revs up and the sucking sound is gone. then a few seconds later, it happens again. I'm taking it into a pontiac dealer in the morn, but if you can give me some input so as that the dealer doesn't try to rob me, that would be super awsome.

Yeah, both of the rear sensors located after the cat. i put sims of both of them. And plus the big problem is that my car doesn't want to breathe.
