    On/Off Toggles

Is it possible to turn off skip-shift with HP Tuner? I know of the resistor trick to get rid of it but wasn't sure if it was possible with a tune.

While I'm in there ... anything else I should check out for turning off? EGR more than likely (once I get a plate) but anything other than that?

yeah, you can turn off skip shift with tuning. EGR, AIR, and rear cat codes are a start if you plan on taking that stuff off.

    BA101. Thank you
With the AIR ... is that removing the Air Injection? That's the only one I'm unsure of.

yeah, if you remove the a.i.r. system it'll throw codes so you'll want to pull those too.
