O2 sims melted?
What woul cause the O2 sims to melt (and no it is not from the exuast) its like whatever is inside them got to hot????

Almost every set I have seen in use has failed over time. It may be the fact that to keep the O2 heater codes in-tact, they have to sink like 30-40 watts when the key is on...

thanks for the info, i also have a problem of the engine not wanting to shut off, it is like you dont even turn the key off, i am at a lost here??????????

never seen that before, but I'd guess it'd be in the key-switch mechanism

thats the first thing i had changed but no luck, (and that was a pain in the a@#)
