need help driveability issue!!!!

i have 98 z28 texas speed ms3 and 5.3 cyl heads stage 2.5, longtubes,ls6 intake, various other bolt ons. when i reach 2800-3000 rpms fuel trim goes
really lean +25 car runs like ass i still have stock fuel injectors walbro
fuel pump any ideas greatly appreciated

Ported MAF? K&N? Original factory fuel filter?

stock maf new fuel filter, it does have K&N but have had that ever since i
bought the car 4 years ago

I would douche her then, the K&N oil mist will drift the MAF
output over time. QD contact cleaner at Home Depot in the
electrical dept, or something like that.
