LS6 Inatake Swap= another PCM tune?
ok, pretty sure I know the answer to this, but just to get a second+ opinion;
I got a LS6 intake and it will be installed this week in place of my old LS1 intake, should I resend my PCM back to Frost for a retune or not? I believe it will be within the 90 days so it would just cost me shipping.
I would have included this in the original program request but I didn't expect to have the extra $ to get a LS6 intake this soon (finally sold off my old honda CBR 600 F2). Thanks for the input.

When I did the LS6 intake on my wifes car, I went back in to check the tune, and I found the WOT AFR was off a tad. I touched that up but didn't have to change anything else.
If you are as picky as I am about how my cars run then I would send the computer back to Frost to touch it up, or better yet, get in touch with him and see what he has to say about it. Not sure what he does in his tunes but he may say there is no need to do it. Just ask to be sure.

ok, sounds good, about what I was thinking also. I'll see if I can't get ahold of him.
