    ls1 idle

    I'm all knew to the ls1 but love it so far even if it does freaky things sometimes. I have an 98 f body with 31000 miles with a 4l60. Installed it in a 33 ford Speedstar Coupe I built. Street and performance did the computer and made the harness. Everything was great during the build till we started final assembly and now when you crank it the RPM's are about 1500 to 2000 and it sounds to be surging thru the intake. I have already bought another LS1 for the next project and robbed the throttle posioner off it and it ran like a kitten for a couple cranks and then it stated the same thing. I went to O'Relies and bought a new one and it worked a couple times but has went to crap. This is a bone stock engine, Please help, Thanks. Neil
