LS1 edit??

Has anyone used LS1 edit and how easy/hard is it to use?

Im going to change my gears to 3.73's and in the future a stall, and heads and cam.

if you purchased LS1Edit and plan on using it yourself ain't nothing wrong, but you have to hook into the laptop with the LS1Edit software and literally sit there for days and twick shit up until you get an optimal config. I would suggest get the gears, stall at the same install then pay the pro shop for the LS1Edit tune. next time you mod for heads/cam and you need to redo the tune but it would be a touch up tune really, so talk to the shop I doubt you'll pay full price again. in my case I did a few bolts on I paid $400 for LS1Edit tune one time, then added heads and cam, and paid $200 touch up tune.

depends on how much of a do it yourself kinda person you are and how much time you're willing to spend reading on learning to tune. Gears and stall are relatively easy to tune for. Heads and cam are a little more in depth. If you do decide to tune yourself I wouldn't even consider edit. I use edit but comparing it to hptuners is like comparing a model a ford to a ferrari. Big difference in the performance and support.
