So, if the O2 sensors on banks 1 and 2 are reading oxygen levels relative to a perfect mix of 14.7 to 1 and you are getting lean codes, are you running a rich mix?

Think about it before you answer... The code sez lean, but lean on O2 is a rich mix correct?

I would say you would have to be rich and or there is a leak somewhere. JMO

Mixture can still be correct at the pipe; the code indicates that the trimming has to move more positive than desirable to reach stoich.
