HTPP3 & tunning question

I have the HTPP3 & Ive been using it not for the power programming, but all the other features.
If I get my car tuned at a shop, & later on use the HTPP3 to change a shift point, will that wipe out the tune I got at the shop? The HTPP3 has 2 options: stock tunning & the set program. I just dont want to wipe out a good shop tune cause I changed a shift point.

I asked that question a few years ago....I was told that its just like a stocker tune. Once the pro tune is done and you use the Hypertech it yanks the tune on there and loads its own or if you dont use there tune and only do shift points then I beleive you should be okay.

Any one else heard the same...just in case I was told wrong. It has been a few years.

Ask your tuner to be sure. Personally I'd return it to stock, get your new tune, and not use it (i.e. sell to someone). Think some HPP3's are different from year to year - for example my old '01 would program fans separately, but my buddy had to load their tune to program them for a 160 tstat on his '00.
