how to use HP Tunner? and knocking?

hey guys, I used to have a Page...that a Moderator once showed of how to use the HP Tunner program, but it seems to have been moved or something

I was wondering if anyone knew, what happened to it, or some other site that has that same information, cause I'm gonna be tunning in the next month or so... gonna attempt to do most of it myself... and that Site was a lifesaver!

Also I'd like to know what's the Max timming for a nearly stock LS1 before it starts knocking... wouldn't want to mess anything up...

guides do you little service, as they do not teach the fundamentals that are needed, they often involve plug and go values that are generalized. There is no shortcut, only read, read, read and test.
