Without reading 3 pages of posts it sounds like a throttle cracker issue.

Time to find someone else to tune the car.

Had someone with LS1edit attempt, no avail, guy also tried with HPTuners and no solve either

No, I don't mean different software, I mean a different person who knows more about tuning that could assist you in person. Obviously changing software won't do anything

i posted his file if you'd like to take a look at it....i personally dont feel its a throttle cracker issue in itself but take a look and see if your seeing something im not.

This is why reading the thread helps....Original guy used LS1 edit, 2nd guy used HPTuners, so it has been 2 different tuners

I understand 3 pages is long, but when we are on a site dedicated to helping others reading the thread to see the problem and see the posted file would help to formulate an educated opinion to as what might be the problem.
