diablo able to retard timing 2-4 degrees? w/i

I have a zex wet nitrous kit with all goodies sitting in boxes---i am told that for 100 shot retard timing 2 degrees and for 125 retard 4 degrees and also i am planning on a 3500 stall and everyone says i'll need to tune motor for different stall----can the diablo do both retard timing and adjust for the 3500 stall--thanks in advance

Spark (Timing): Will adjust from from -10% to +10% at WOT

Shift Adaption (duration): Allows user to adjust the time delay during the gear change, i.e. quickness of the shift, from -25% up to +25%
Shift Points (MPH): Allows user to adjust at what MPH the shift should take place, for each individual gear, in 1 mph increments.
Shift Points (RPM): Allows user to adjust at what RPM the shift should take place, for each individual gear, in 10 rpm increments.
Shift Pressure: Allows user to adjust the firmness of the shift action, for each individual gear, from -25% up to +25%

just to let you know, i run 25* total timing on my cars with 150+ shots. so, if your original PCM programing is 30* at WOT, then -10% will net you about 27* total in that part of the timing table.

thanks guys---i'll take that answer as a yes the diablo will be able to take care of my higher stall and timing retardation issues while spraying---the only thing is the timing retard stand alone thing for $299 makes it able to retard only at wot---i dunno if diablo can do that but i guess it's ok to be a little retarded coming up to the line?

let's put it this way. i ran 200 motor rated on stock PCM tuning. also, predator only makes WOT changes.

well if you shot 200 with stock tuning--i should be fine i guess i'll get the diablo since it does adjust timing at wot which i need and it does tune shifts which i need for the 3500 stall and it does adjust speedo for tire size differance and i desperately need that runnin 20's all round---tanks again

Predator adds 6 degrees of timing pretty much across
the board when you "Install Performance". The 10% it
lets you take out, still means a net +3% over stock.
From comparing my stock .bin to a Predator modified
one with all user controls slid to max negative I see it
pushes timing from 0.36g/cyl up, and from 1000-6000
RPM. Where you care about will be the higher g/cyl and
RPM, here it is +3 minimum above stock timing, with the
Install Performance tune.

So depending on what you did so far, you may -not-
be at stock timing and would have to uninstall the
Predator canned tune to get back there.

well i don't wanna take any chances---when running the juice i am going to make sure i got cold plugs and have the nirous at right temp and i guess i'm buying the timing retard thing for $299 so i know that i'm either -2* or -4* timing because if what you say is true then the diablo cannot get me -4 degrees timing---thanks jimmyblue

jimmy said if you use their 'install performance' tune. you can use the predator to modify your stock pcm tune. that way, you can also use it to change your shift points and firmness.

actually i have more traction now with 20x 8.5's with a 255 width tire then i did with 275 width run flats on chrome 18 x 9.5 zo6 wheels--maybe the larger circumferance along with the 3:23's pic of car with 20's in my public profile

don't the 20' rub when you turn or hit bumps, it seem to big to me. thanks jeremy
