can anybody tell me how the hp tuner credit system works? does it actually cost me money after i do the initial purchase?

no, you start out with 8 credits. LS1 individual cars require 2 of those so theoretically you can put 4 cars on there if they're all LS1's.

Nope, once you've licensed it you can tune that pcm an UNLIMITED amount of times!
