I was thinking the same. Odd codes to show up all at one time.

    1. p0123 Throttle Position Sensor Circuit High Voltage
    2. p0140 HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 1 Sensor 2
    3. p0160 HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 2 Sensor 2
    4. p0327 Knock Sensor 1 Circuit Low Input (Bank1)
    5. p0507 Idle Control System RPM Higher Than Expected
    6. p1121 tps high voltage

p0123 Throttle Position Sensor Circuit High Voltage, p0507 Idle Control System RPM Higher Than Expected, and p1121 tps high voltage...is your throttle body ported, aftermarket or otherwise tampered with?

p0507 Idle Control System RPM Higher Than Expected...could also be a vacuum leak. Check the PCV hoses.

p0140 HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 1 Sensor 2 and p0160 HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 2 Sensor 2...is the exhaust modified?

Ok. Well a TB that opens too far can cause those TP High voltage codes. There are other things that can also cause those codes. And a misadjusted TB or botched TB porting can cause the high idle.
Also an exhaust with no cats will cause those O2 sensor codes.

either way....those are rear O2 codes and won't effect performance. Your rear O2's may be shot but without cats you don't need them anyhow.

can you post a picture of the TB opening? Should be able to tell from that if it's been ported. Most will epoxy the IAC ports leaving only a straw sized hole there. 1-5-6 could all be related too....could be as simple as a bad tps. You could also have a couple things going on like cutlass said and have a vacuum leak combined with either a bad port job or bad tps.

yep....that's ported. Is that a gap at the top of the blade when it's closed or is that just the way the picture came out?

it's hard to really judge much as to the quality of the port job from a picture but it looks like whoever did it probably knew what they were doing. The patch for the IAC port doesn't look like Shaner's but it's similar and the polish doesn't look as good. What mods does the car have? That TB hole looks a little large vs the stock hole to me.....once again....I'm going by a picture but that looks like it's been drilled out some like for a cammed car.
Start with the easy stuff first though. Have you checked the pcv hose where it turns to go into the intake for cracks? They like to crack on the backside of that bend. I still don't think that's going to be your issue though......it really sounds TB related to me. What's your idle like? What rpm does the car idle at?

sometimes it idles good and at 800 and sometimes its up and down from 800 to 1300. that pcv hose the one that goes from the tb i see its all taped up. i dont think its cammed it doesnt sound cammed. as far as i know slp cold air, the tb, smooth bellow, 1 1/3 headers to a 3" y, and cut out, msd wires, ngk plugs, and a short throw, egr delete..as far as i know.

And it looks like it has the LS6 intake manifold.
And I agree with 0rion. Looks like a decently ported stock TB. It even has the bump stop mod which if its not done properly can cause the TPS high voltage codes.
