Cheapest way to fix my speedo with a programmer?

Ok, I posted over in the general help section about this as well. Anyway, I've got a 93 TA but it has a newer (94 or 95) OBDII PCM so it should be able to be flashed to correct the gear ratio and fix my speedo. However the car already has a custom tune and I want to find the cheapest programer to change the gear ratio but not mess with anything else. Whats the best route? I'm in central West Virginia so I doubt theres any speed shops nearby that I can just swing by.

If I buy a cheap Hypertech, can I just change the gear ratio and not effect anything else with the tune?

I did that with my Diablo predictor. works great. it also works grreat if you change your tire size.

So you can change just those parameters and not load the tune from the diablo?

I still have my dyno tune in mine and changed those parameters.
