car idles better with tps sensor unplugged

So I bought I new one and problem still there. Once the car goes into closed loop the idle gets low and rough. Then if I turn the car off and restart the problem goes away for a while.

I tested both that and the tps before with a digital multimeter and they tested fine.

Just trying to help. Mine had tested good with a dvm. IAC may not be your problem.
To test IAC you must drive it in 100 rpm increments up to I think 1800rpm and back down looking for any control issues
