98 T/A hypertech tuner

I have a 98 T/A and i have the hypertech tuner...i have a few questions on the RFG and NON RFG what is it? and also i have 3.73s but i have it programmed for 4.10s cuz they originally messed up on miles and i wanted to know about the shift points like adding a mile or 2 an hour to the shift...

Been several years since I used one - IIRC RFG/NON RFG pertains to reformulated gas or not. My advice is to stay away from the canned tune. I used mine to change gear ratios without any issues - double checked it using the calculator at www.f-body.org/gears/ Never messed with shift points - you have an A4 and telling the PCM it has 4.10's? Speedo/shift must be all over the place. I'd get the speedo right first before changing anything else.

Actually i meant 4.56 its programmed for....its all for the miles lost because originally the guy didnt program it right and the speedo actually isnt too off....and as for non rfg and rfg whats better?
