2006 5.3 Vortec GM truck with mild upgrades tuning help need

I know this is a LS forum but having a heck of a time trying to get this truck running properly....

First time making an attempt at tuning a 5.3 vortec and this thing is a mess. It has pacesetter 3" headers and 3" all the way back. No Cat and just a pass through muffler.

Extremely rich with stock file. Did some minor adjustments to the trq tables and turned off 02 sensors and now the thing runs worse then it did before. Extremely sluggish on initial throttle and creeps to 5000rpm to shift....

Any Ideas of what I may have missed or should be looking at?

I can also try and attach the original file and also the tune I have been adjusting if that would help

It shouldn't be running that bad. Do you have any ses codes? It almost sounds like something is messed up with the MAF. I did cold air intake, headers, off road y, and exhaust on a 2000 silverado 5.3 and 2006 Sierra 5.3 HO and it drove just fine before tune. What are you using to tune it?

What are you using to tune the Truck? If you are using HP Tuners I can send you a file to look at.
Codes are all for the rear O2s. They need to be tuned out.
    P0036: H02S Heater Control Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2
    P0054: H02S Heater Resistance Bank 1 Sensor 2
    P0056 H02S Heater Control Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 2
    P0060 H02S Heater Resistance Bank 2 Sensor 2
    P0141 H02S Heater Performance Bank 1 Sensor 2
    P0161 H02S Heater Performance Bank 2 Sensor 2

with the rear o2 codes, doesn't the ecm "richen" the tune automatically in a "stock tune" if the rears haven't been "disabled" ??

The rear o2s are there to monitor the condition of the cats. They should not be used when you run with an Off-road Y.
