What gears best
I've got a little traveling to do and was wonderin whats the lowest MPH i can go without bogging out in 5th and 6th gear? i was lookin it up in the manual and it said 45 for 5th and 50 for 6th, but it doesn't seem right. maybe i'm wrong but 6th would put me in just over 1000 RPMs at those speeds, is it right?

ha ha, i know and it wasn't before i had to start driving 55 miles a day for work. i can save a gallon just by trying to put it in a higher gear, and i got a baby on the way so i gotta save as much as i can. my girls already suggested me selling my trans am, and for me thats not an option. so trying to cut corners in certain places like gas mileage is a must

Skip gears and be easy on the pedal.

By skip-shifting and going easy on it you will save almost as much fuel as you would with on of those POS economy cars, but you'd still have plenty of muscle anytime you wanted to play. With a POS econo-box, you would never have the option to have some fun. Keep the TA.

I love it when women pull that "maybe you should sell it and get a car with better mileage" shit. Thats when I say "maybe you should stop buying make-up, hair spray, a purse and a pair of shoes for every fucking outfit you own". That shuts them up

Im usually pretty easy on the car, I dont beat it.
I get on when I need to and race here and there but other then that I drive it pretty simple and skip gears usually go from 1st-3rd to 5th or 6th depends on where I am and im pretty happy with the gas mileage and havent had any problems.
And of course I can get on it and put my balls to the wall anytime I want
