refill after bleeding clutch?
so my clutch sticks in 3rd at high rpm's at the track. during regular driving the clutch would sometimes feel stiff and sometimes be mushy. thinkin maybe air in system. bled the system yesterday (oh that wasn't fun at all) and now my pedal is really soft and only engages about the last 3-4 inches toward the floorboard. the rest of the clutch is just mush.
here's the question... when bleeding the system fluid spews out every time you loosen the bleeder screw because it's under pressure. how do you refill the resovour if you're not supposed to remove the cap? my fluid is likely low because some spewed out when i bled the system.
this may be a stupid question but any feedback would be great.

you can remove the cap, just dont let the fluid get low enough in the reservoir that it would suck air into the system

man i hate bleeding clutches. i always screw something up and end up spending hours on it. i wish there was just a cable operated clutch conversion for our cars....i would do it in a heartbeat. I've never had a problem with ford's auto-adjusting cable operated clutch in the mustangs...it just seems so much more reliable never going soft or anything

i re-bled mine yesterday and kept the cap off the resevour and everytime i opened and closed the bleeder, i would pour more brake fluid in. worked like a champ.
