rear end gear for 7.5 10 bolt

I tried to find my answer in other post but could not.
I am looking for ring and pinion upgrade from 3.23 to 3.90 on an A4.
In looking I have noticed some are labeled thin and some thick.What is the proper thickness for a 1998 ws6 with factory Aurburn 3.23 rear end?

i just orderd mine from summit $125 then after the install kit and overnight shipping it was like 184 which isent bad at all..if you get the thick gears your going to need to get the adapters for them but really no reason to get the thick gears

The MGR-G875390 will fit a factory 3.23 and numerically higher carrier. (7.5" or 7.625" ring gear) Currently we have a promotion on this gear set, BUY A QUALIFYING RING & PINION, GET A FREE MGR-GM7-5IK INSTALLATION KIT! ($30.39 value)
I do not have a 3.90 ratio in a summit gear, just 3.73 or 4.10.
