Question
I was changing my oil yesterday and had the car on jack stands. While the oil was draining i spun my left wheel and it did not spin very well. I then went to the right side and spun the wheel and it spun about three times longer than the left one. In other words, there was less resistance on the right wheel. I recently had my tires balanced and rotated. If someone torqued the left wheel wrong, would this explain this issue...or is something else wrong?

There is always a little brake drag... but it sounds like you may have a bound up caliper pin that is causing the brakes to drag more on that side.
