Sunset Orange Metallic- 2002 SS SLP
Grinding from right rear
So I just bought a 2002 SS SLP car with the Auburn High Toque Performance Differential. When under a torqued load, mainly first and second gear, I hear some grinding/clanking that sounds like it comes from the right rear thats accompanied with some vibrations. I'm thinking it may be a mount torque arm bushing(hoping). Has anyone else had something similar? Thanks for the replies

I have not, but that would be an easy item to check. You may also want to jack the rear end up (safely) and see if there is any play in either the wheel itself or the lower control arm on that side. I'd also check the bushings on the panhard bar.
Boost gets you laid, unless your name is Jon.

^^ This. And as it has happened to other members - also check to ensure that the brake caliper backing plate and caliper bolts are tight.
