Greetings! & Whats a LS1 worth?

Hi, my real names Joe.

I've got my share of nice rides but I've always wanted to change Z34 over to RWD. I'm really into MetalShaping and Sheet Metal Fabrication so I have a good idea of what needs to be done. LS1's have tripped my trigger since my first ride in a friends 98 T/A. I always thought I'd end up with an LT1 or TPI instead but I'm about to wrap up a deal on a 98 T/A with 101000 miles.

The car was bought for parts to repair my buddy's car so some items are gone. No radiator or Cooling fans are in the car now but I was able to hear it run and go for a Joy ride when he bought it. The motor sounded good and made Plenty of power. The Automatic Tranny, Driveshaft, Rear End, and Suspension are all there. Leather Interior(needs cleaned but looks good), Steering Column, T Tops, Rear Hatch with Tall Wing, Doors, Front Fenders, Plain Jane Hood, Exhaust, All Glass Good, ABS System, All pumps and Pulleys. Both Rear Quarters are Damaged Bad.

If I didn't mention it then it's not there or it's Damaged, so what would be a fair price for it? I do know what he gave for the car.

i would say maybe $3000-3500

Ok so I guess he's a pretty good guy because he only wants $2000.00
The car has a Salvage title, he gave $2450 at auction for it. I consider this a good deal.

$2000 is a good deal - the engine and trans alone are worth $2000.
