    what kind of noise does your car makes when the driveshaft bushing is bad or on its way out?

    Do you mean u-joints? If so, they will click or rattle.

    i might mean the U joints,but I'm not 100% sure yet because i haven't got the car to the shop yet i'll keep you guys informed

    You can sometimes feel a vibration and/or hear it at certain r.p.m.'s. Best to get under the car and do a visual inspection and then grab ahold of the driveshaft and see if there is any side-to-side movement in the joint.

    i'm at the shop now it wasn't the u joints...LoL! it happened to be the TORQUE ARM BRACKETS the rubber was worn & they broke so im getting new ones from the dealer,but a guy at the dealer said i should invest in some aftermarket torque arm brackets because the stock ones break all the time...any idea on where i can get some from??? BTW the driveshaft has been replaced by the previous owner

    Best thing to do is get the torque arm off the back of the transmission. UMI makes a trans crossmember that allows the use of either a stock or aftermarket full length torque arm.
