It’s called ACDelco Limited slip axle Lubricant additive and I have no Idea which one is the part# but the top number is 10-4003 and bottom is 88900330. It is a common part and if you just go to GM and ask for the limited slip additive they will know what you need. Gear oil is 80W. Instead of having to remove the cover you can take it to a quick lube that has a siphon tube to suck out all the old gear oil and take your own fluid and additive for them to put in and then just drive out and do figure 8’s and then check for posi.

you can also get the gm additive at pretty much any parts store.
