Diff. C clamp removal ??
OK me and my dad CAN NOT get the C clamp out (We are trying to replace the axle seal), we cant get enough clearance to take it out, anyhelp would be good, thank you in advance!

Remove bolt, slide axle in, clip should fall out.
May have to turn the axles to get to the bolt that holds that center piece in.

we did, thats as far as it goes? are we supposed to have both tires off or just the one we are working on? (sorry I dont know to much about) cars :/

no still didnt go any more, the C-clip only comes 1/2 way out so I cant just pull it out, Im not sure what ellse to do. I took both tires off the ground but didnt work, do I need to take both tires off the car for it to work or what?

Probably can't push it in far enough with the wheels on.

ok i guess ill go take it off right now and see if I can get it to come out (lol its almost 11pm) so if that works ill be happy.

ok, noticed that you do not have the abs reluctator ring in the diff. tells me that you ahve traction controle and 4 channel ABS, you need to remove the wheel sensor to ger the last bit of clearance.

we took the sensor off and still doesnt go in enough. Thought for sure that would be it but...

the other rear tire doesnt matter if its still on does it or do I need to take it all off on both sides?

No the other side doesnt matter, have you used a BFH on the axle yet? sometimes thats all you need....
