    confused

    just got my 12 bolt in. moser says to use 80w-90 non syn. Gm says to use 80w-90 full syn. wtf? will it hurt to run full syn?? any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm guessing you purchased and installed a new Moser rear diff? If so, I would follow their recommendation - if for nothing more than warranty purposes.

    From the reading I've done on the subject, it shouldn't matter if you choose syn or non-syn. Just use a good quality gear lube.

    Well since it's a Moser and not a GM rear I'd go with the Moser recommended lube..
