Black- 2002 Firehawk
Back to the Clutch question
I have read a lot about LS1 clutches and feel a bit confused. I have an 02 Firehawk with around 410 RWHP. I want a clutch rated for about 500HP. I have looked at various RAM clutches. I don't want to kill my left leg either so I want a stock like feel.
Questions:
1. Is it really worth it to replace the stock flywheel with Billet alum.?
2. Is the LS7 a direct install or do you have to do mods to make it work with my LS1 and T56, like slave cyl. etc....?
3. Thoughts on RAM clutches?
THis is a daily driver and track car.
Thanks fellas.
