    Aftermarket Rear....

what is the most absolute bullet proof *gorilla proof* rear end out there for the 98-02 F body...i have blown up my stock 10 bolt 3 damn times now...and am not breakin 400rwhp...heres my list of boo-boos..

1 set bent axles...replaced with moser forged 28 splined
    ta girdle installed
2x auburn pro series diffs..grenaded spider gears...
2x sets of 3:73 gears motive and richmond ..grenaded back to stockers..

i will hopefully be making mid 400+numbers hp/tq and with the spray look to be about 700 ish..i need something that is NOT going to $HIT on me...

m6 go 4.11 I went 31 spline should be pletty. but if your the parinoid type you could get what is it a 40? the higher spline you go the stronger it is but you can't have posi with anything over 31

I went with a TruTrac diff. 31 spline axles.

Plan on launching on the bottle?? Might want to go locker with 33 or larger splined axles.

i thought the SD60 was the baddest rear out there? and no i will not launch off the bottle..hopefully i can make enough tq down low i wont need to...and the car will be driven on the street too ..so that eliminates the spool

Not a fan of the torque arm mounts on the Dana or the 12 bolt.

If you are launching off the bottle...TruTrac with 31 spline axles.

    The M9 is a different housing than a 9".

    I have a car I consider to be mostly street...and I have 4.11's. 75MPH is 2,000RPM in 6th gear.

With 3.42's (stock) you are spinning 1850RPM at 85MPH.
With 3.73's you are spinning 2050RPM at 85MPH.
With 4.11's you are spinning 2250RPM at 85MPH.

Do NOT rebuild a 10 bolt.

    Moser 9"
It is a complete bolt in rear end.

I thought there were problems with the Moser torque arm bolts? Or is that just on the 12 bolt?
