6Speed Problems!
To my understanding the clutch sticking to the floor on occasion is a defect of GM... Last night my clutch decides to stick to the floor during my 1st-2nd shift... When I let off the clutch (in 2nd) the clutch peddle did not move, so I lifted it up with my foot, to hear the worst grinding noise possible and to have my tranny pop out of 2nd gear... now I have no 2nd gear! Sometimes it'll go in, but once I let the clutch out it grinds like hell and pops out, doesn't attempt to drive. Is there a way to fix this besides replacing the whole transmission... because the whole transmission is very expensive, correct? Once fixed, will the "Drill Mod" prevent shit like this from happening again?

Transmission rebuild would probably take care of it. Its still expensive, but I know its considerably cheaper than completely replacing the transmsission. Plus, you can build it up with stronger parts if you do a rebuild.
As far as the clutch pedal sticking, you might want to look at this thread.

sounds like you bent a shift fork... the clutch peddle sticking is signs of your clutch glazing over/worn out... the drill mod will help a bit...
