    3.73 or 4.10 gears for m6

Well lets see i have 98 m6 ta. stage 3 clutch, tsp ms3 cam, headers and all the the other bolt ons. What are gonna be the pros and cons of changing gears ... how much gas mileage am i goin to loose with 4.10s than if i went with 3.73. What will be my rpms at 70 mph with 4:10s and what not? Give me the scoop on this please.

MS3 cam? 4.11's at the least. The power has to be coming on a little later

Depending on how high you wanna spin it through the 1/4 mile, 4.30's even. a 28" tall tire would help there. 4.11 is the lowest I would go with that cam, your cam is dying for some steep gearing.

If your on the stock 10 bolt, I would look into getting a 12 bolt of 9". The steeper gear in that 10 bolt isnt going to help things in the strength category.

Even more imprtant to at least get 4.11's. The MS-series cams like a steep gear. Your going to loose a very MINIMAL amount of gas mileage. Do what ya like, but that MS3 has to be feeling slugish down low with your stock gearing.

    yep...4.10

rpm @ speed depends on tire size. there are gear ratio calculators everywhere, use google. just remember 6th gear is .5 to 1 ratio.
