$1k moser rear
so... found this rear @ EPP (removed non sponsor direct link) most 9" rears ive found were $2500 or $3000. i thought i read that moser was pretty good. why would it be so cheap? am i missing something?

thats what im saying. unless it doesnt come with the ring/pinion/differential.

That's a bare housing with axles. It's missing about another $1,500 worth of necessary parts

Had me concerned for a moment when I read the first post. I just dropped $2,700 on my Moser 12 bolt. I think the base price is around $1,800 and the add-ons ran it up quite a bit: relocation brackets, welded sway bar brackets, 4 channel ABS/TCS, True Trac, and 33 spline axles.
