    1982 Regal

    Odd Coolant leak on an LM4 5.3

    Good Afternoon All,

    I have swapped an 04 LM4 out of a Buick Envoy into an 87 Regal. I had a coolant leak I could not trace...but finally found it. On the front of the block, at the bottom bolt hole on the accessory bracket (under the power steering pump) has coolant leaking from it. It is a slow leak...but it leaks. I will try RTV on the threads of the bolt to see if I can seal it...but has anyone else ever heard of this happening?
