    Headers

Im dropping a 2002 Chev 2500HD 6.0 into my 99 GMC Sierra. I was wondering if someone has done this and is running longtube headers theyd recommend. The local shop suggested 72C2265 pacesetter longtubes. What do you guys think

Everything on your 5.3 accessories and exhaust will bolt directly to the 6.0 block. The LT's will just help add a little more hp and give it a nice sound. Just remember to get a tune for the 6.0.

Pacesetters work well and are cost effective compared to some of the other options. On our Suburban, I simply installed a catback rather than mess with headers.
