4.8 to ls2 swap?
I have an ls2 out of a 2006 gto and i am wanting to put it in my 2008 new body style chevy silverado 1500 with a 4.8 . will this work and if so what will i have to change if anything ?

It should work fine, you'll probably have to swap out the computers and harness but other than that I don't see why this shouldn't work. Post results please, I also have a 4.8 truck and am very interested in a swap like this.
