    1992 Chevy Wheels

    Looking for a nice set of wheels that will fit a 1992 GMC Sierra 1500. Of course i do not want to spend a lot of money on the wheels because the truck is only booked at around 1500 dollars.

    Any recommendations?

    Any wheels off of a gm 1/2 ton truck that's '92+ will fit. Stick with a 16" if you want cheap wheels and cheaper tires. The stockers from the early 2000s would look decent and are fairly easy to find

    I thought up to 95 they were 5 lug .... As I recall my 95 Z71 had 5 lug wheels.

    4wd 1/2 ton trucks have been 6 lug since 1988 I believe.

    You might be right... It's been over 10 years since I owned that ole 95 Z71 ... I just thought I remembered seeing 5 lugs.
