    12v Oulets do not work

I have a 2002 Cadillac Escalade and the 12v outlets in it are not working. I am wondering what is causing this and how to fix it? Any help?

I checked the fuses and none of them were blown.

Check to see if there is a breaker for them. looks like a metal clad fuse. Somtimes high draw systems will use one instead of a fuse, give them all a feel and if one is hot then you found the issue.

Yes, I replaced both fuses. "CIGAR" and "AUX POWER"...but the lighter still doesn't work.
