07 and above GM trucks
Put a Mag Hytec diff cover on with a temp gauge.
Anybody looking for switched 12v use slot 42 (10amp) under the hood in the big fuse box.
Just fyi to save you some time. On the internet there are threads about all kinds of PITA ways to get 12v switched for radar detectors,gauges etc. Slot 42 says IGN SW....works like a champ. I just used a tap a fuse and that was it.

After we finished the motor and trannie we went ahead and changed the gears....so I put on a MagHytec cover with a temp gauge just cuz
