adjustable shock rates are for pussys it is nice to be able to change the ride height though with coil overs.
I cruise my car with 70/30s and no sway bar up front, solid motor and tranny mounts, solid bushings in the rear control arms, and the anti-roll bar hooked up! Talk about a shitty ride! It 60 fts like a sob though

    Sorta.

Heard the QA1's aren't the best on the street.
Seeing as how Slowass is on the street 95% of the time....I went Koni SA's.
Should still cut 1.59's with the right tire.

I think he is in random thought mode Not always a bad idea to just start mentioning things and have others chime in with their thoughts.

Damn I need gears and a new rear end.. and tires... and some more suspension. Would be nice to not waste almost a half second on the first 60'

Hmmm....skip drag racing this season and port the FAST....or just stick with the same power and get tires...

From the ideas he's been throwing around, he wants a bad ass mofo at the track, but that doesn't always transfer well to the street. I COULD DD the TA, but I wouldn't want to...at all. It's definitely possible, my only advice...NO SPOOL.

Why would you have to skip the season?

I have had cars in the past with 90/10 drag struts on the front and with the sway bar still hooked up the car rode fine. If the adjustable shocks are more expensive I would just go with a fixed 90/10 and be done with it and use the savings on other mods

I would think that until you start making more power then your current car the rear and slicks alone should be fairly good for you. Of course as you start adding more power then you will have to worry about suspension more and more.

I think that is his plan. Honestly yours could be a DD easily just need a trulock and exhaust a little closer to mine. 6 speed helps also with the gas thing One of the great things about our cars they can be very quick and still very streetable. Compared to cars even a generation older (carwise) we are very lucky.
