    I wouldnt go THAT far, but it's a lot harder than it looks that's for sure. Requires concentration, balance, and control.

    Been a little dry lately, but it happens.

    That's understandable, Yoga helps with stress (part of the reason I do it) both of you might try it, even just getting a mat and a yoga dvd and doing it when the little one is in bed would probably work.

    it really does, you feel relaxed and stress free. Also helps out with those crazy positions
