Thanks everyone, my car is already a mess again from two days at the track and a 350 mile drive home. Good vacation, hope everyone else had a good week as well.

Wultdat any chance I can send you a pic to have photoshopped some ? I think if I get a few rock scratches removed I might have something to submit for COTM.

I tried, could not get the drag radials to work for me, was just a slow night. The Vette did pull a 7.12 and when we looked at his video he might have pulled the wheels off. The 69 defiantly did when it ran a 5.38 I did not get a chance to take pictures of that beast though... forgot my camera.

Its scary but if the car is hooking that night...launch it off of the limiter, it will yank the left front, even if only an inch lol. Trick is getting a photographer with a quick trigger finger

I traveled all over the country for a season doing photography for the NMRA and NMCA. I dont have the camera I used anymore, really wish I did. Heres one of the shots I took in Bowling Green KY. Pardon the smudges it was scanned thru a plastic sleeve.

hmmm do we know anyone locally that is a decent photographer with experience taking pictures of drag racing ?

That was one of the nice things about Angleton's track they had a guy taking pictures of almost all the cars and you could buy all kinds of pictures from him. I know there is a picture of the 69 with the wheels in the air, but it is not with a good paint job yet. I will see if he has any of it all prettied up.
