The 92 TDC only has one upper dogbone, the rest are actual mounts but I'm prolly going to fab some kind of solidish craddle for it.. Using a more stout differential will help control it too.. Everything has to be mostly one off since the after market for the TDC is nearly non existant.. You either have to have things made, make it yourself, or have something for another 60* v6 remachined.. This is partly the reason it's been taking so long to complete the project the rest is time..

You have some real good ideas. Stick with them and take your time. You DON'T want things breaking after you busted @$$ building it.

I have never seen setups like that before. At first I thought you were going with one turbo for the front manifold and another turbo for the rear manifold. Then I remembered there is NO clearance between the manifolds, radiator, firewall. Bottom-right design looks like it would work though. I see you are going with a front-mount intercooler for more power rather than two little coolers.

Yes very limited space and a few relocations in order. One large intercooler aswell. Thinking of it in 3D helps.. Nearly all the parts shown I have (helps with design) have to fab an entire upper intake and exhaust manni's tho.. The old setup puts the throttle in a bad spot for what I want.

Yah. It would be cramped for the TB and turbos. Top-mounted intake manifold IMO would send the chilled intake air directly to the ports which leaves less of a chance for the air to heat up.

I am thinking you will end up with around 400whp. But that's just me. Could be more.

As long as I can keep her reliable I'm good with 325-350-375 fwhp.. With full boost control built into my stand alone and a seperate backup controller. The turbos are capable of 30 psi, but my BOV and waste gates are already set quite a bit lower @ 7-8psi for now.

Smittro: I'll be the first to tell you that I don't know jack about installing a turbo setup on a car, so if this is a stupid question just say so. Looking at your diagrams (which are way cool btw) you have two turbos feeding a single intercooler. Doesn't your tubing need to be larger in diameter after the turbo outputs merge to go into the intercooler? Or, by keeping the diameter the same, does this create an increase in pressure that is part of the plan?
