I'd rather see Daytona on that than a Charger SEDAN

yea you forgot the abortion version in the late 80's early 90s,and the other abrtion on the 4 dr new charger which is an abortion on its own.

I much preferred the superbird over the Daytona.I wish they would bring the roadrunner back, make it lighter than the challenger, with the 68-70 body style (retroed of course) but you know damn well chrysler would make an abortion of that as well.

yup also an abortion, and they made a roadrunner in the late 70's that had the aspen body....yup you guessed it ...abortion. and a charger I aint even saying because you know

all the good body styles ended in 74, with the exception of the charger, which IMHO was dead after 70. and the dart was 69 then I think 73 or 74 dart went to the duster bodystyle and called dart sport.. now I am going to bed and cry myself to sleep knowing what the Gov't and car corps did to the pretty cars.

Too this photo just before 0700 this morning on my way to work. It shows part of the Charlotte skyline. What struck me about it is I can't remember - for at least the last fifteen years - when the skyline did NOT have cranes somewhere in it.

I guess that's where the joke about the name of the official city bird came from...... a crane.

Just so you all can laugh.... My Volvo is back at the dealer now for a "clunk" in the trans or drive shaft..... Well moron service advisor calls me and says "car is all done" Me "Ok what parts did you have to change on it?" Him "none, we just had to adjust the torque on teh front axles. It was a little bit out of spec" Me "What about the washer pump and what does the front axle have to do with a transmission or drive shaft clunk? The car makes this noise in any shift of gears accelerating/ decelerating/ and in and out of Park" Him Uh ummmm Uh Let me take it for a test drive myself...

He called me back and says "YEAH that is a god awful noise!"

SO... they are keeping it another day let's see what they TRY and claim it is now
I am such hell to deal with for warranty stuff.
