    Your initial weight has alot to do with gaining muscle. Look at all of the big guys that start lifting and how big they get.

    thoes numbers are low... with a high metabalism and lifting he will have to take in 3x the amount... or else he will shit it all out...

    right, but you are thinking of someone that has the genetics of already being big, big frame, big muscle already. I assure you they didnt go and get fat, inorder to go and get big in muscle. Lots of fat guys that people are afraid of or think are so strong only look real big jus cause they are fat. fat and muscle are entirely different things.

    i totaled up my calorie intake for one day a year or so ago... i was over 17,000... i've tamed it down to around 6 -7,000 cause i was worried about my heart...

    but i can't help it though...
