    you are thinking of body weight in relation to genetics. His genetics are that of someone that is tall and slender, this doesnt change. Him trying to get fat first is completely different then muscle. Muscles grow when they are stressed through exercise and protein aids in the repair of the small muscle tears from the lifting. This results in hypertrophy. Hypertrophy= muscle growth

    i disagree... his metabalism is far to fast right now... ne needs to slow it down a lot to get maximum gains... eating less and larger meals in a day will slow it down a lot...

    eat several small meals to lose weight... it keeps your metabalism rate flowing... you constantly burn energy to digest food and distribute it's "products" to organs...

    no small meals....we are talking 10 to 20 grams of fat, 30 to 50 grams of carbs, and 15 to 30 grams of protein per meal.......with the big hitters focused before and after the workout lots of calories too
